Who we are

Alvrun is run by Glauser Creative AB, registered in Sweden. Reach us at hello@alvrun.com.

What the service does

Alvrun reads your public website, builds a knowledge base from it, and uses that to answer questions from your customers on a page we host or through a widget you put on your own site. When it is not confident, it hands the conversation to you instead of guessing, and it learns from your reply.

Your account

You need to be at least 18 and, if you are signing up for a company, entitled to act for it. Keep your sign in email secure, because whoever can read it can get into the account. Tell us if you think someone else has.

The website you connect

You may only connect a website you own or are authorised to act for. Pasting a URL into the public form starts a preview, and previews are throttled and deleted after 7 days. If you believe someone has created one for a site that is yours, email us and we will remove it.

The answers are generated, so check them

This is the part worth reading twice. Answers are produced by an AI model from your own website and whatever you teach it. It can be wrong, out of date, or confidently mistaken.

Answers your agent gives to your customers are your responsibility, not ours. Review what it says, especially anything about prices, refunds, legal rights, safety or health, and always leave your customers a way to reach a person. Do not use Alvrun as the only source of advice where being wrong causes real harm.

What you may not do

• Break the law with it, or help anyone else to.
• Connect a website you have no right to.
• Use it to collect payment details, passwords, health records or other sensitive information from your customers.
• Try to get around rate limits, budgets or the bot check, or hammer the service in a way that degrades it for others.
• Resell it or pass it off as your own product without a written agreement with us.
• Feed it content that is illegal, hateful, or designed to make it behave abusively.

If you do any of this we can suspend the account, and for anything serious we will do so without warning.

Price and payment

Trying Alvrun is free and needs no account. Running it live for your customers starts at $49 a month. We will tell you the price and take your agreement before charging you anything, and we will give you notice before any price change.

Fees exclude VAT, which we add where it applies. Paid plans renew each month until you cancel. Cancel whenever you like and it runs to the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund part months.

Your content is yours

Your website content, the facts you teach it, your uploads and your conversations stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them for the single purpose of running the service for you, which includes sending the relevant parts to the suppliers listed in the privacy policy. We do not use your content to train models, and we do not use it for any other customer.

The service itself, including the software and the Alvrun name, stays ours.

Availability

We work to keep it up and we watch it daily, but we do not promise a particular uptime yet, and the service is provided as it is. We will give notice of planned work where we reasonably can. Nothing here stops you having the rights that consumer law gives you.

If something goes wrong

Neither of us is liable to the other for indirect losses, lost profits or lost business. Our total liability to you in any twelve month period is limited to what you paid us in that period. This does not limit liability for anything the law does not allow us to limit, such as fraud, or death and personal injury caused by negligence.

Ending it

You can close your account at any time and we will delete your data as described in the privacy policy. We can end the agreement with 30 days notice, or immediately if you break these terms in a way that matters. If we end it without cause, we refund the unused part of anything you have paid.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters we will email the address on your account at least 30 days before it takes effect, and if you do not want to accept it you can cancel before then.

Law

Swedish law applies, and disputes go to the Swedish courts, with Stockholm District Court first. If you are a consumer, you keep the right to bring a claim where you live.
