No card. The trial ends after 14 days or 100 answered conversations, whichever comes first, and we ask before charging you anything. Trying it before that needs no account at all.

What counts as an answered conversation

One conversation is one thread, from a visitor’s first message until they start a new one. It counts once, the first time Alvrun gives them a real answer. However long that thread runs, however many questions they ask inside it, it stays one.

Plenty of things never count at all:

  • Someone opening the chat, reading the greeting and leaving without asking anything.
  • A question Alvrun handed over to you instead of answering. If it couldn’t help, you don’t pay for it.
  • A question it only asked for clarification on, and never got to answer.
  • Spam, and anything off topic it declined to answer.

If the same person comes back next week with a different problem, that is a second conversation once it’s answered, which seems right: two problems solved is two problems solved. You can see the running count in your dashboard from the first day, long before it ever affects a bill.

The plan steps up. We tell you when you’re getting close, and nothing ever stops working mid-month or shuts off on your customers.
